Let’s face it, wherever there are people, there is the potential for conflict.  Mishandled conflict often leads to offense which eventually drives toxic environments and has direct impact on the bottom line.  Unfortunately, we do not have many examples of those around us handling conflict in a healthy way.  This webinar will focus on how to plan, prepare, and execute brave communication to create healthy environments. A leader who can effectively handle conflict will be a leader of influence.
