Shake Up Your Business with Reverse Mentoring

He suggests stepping away from traditional mentoring to try reverse mentoring. Millennials are growing up; making them not only co-workers but also customers. Learning from them can help seasoned employees stay on top of technologies and trends. Some suggestions: 

• Try it on for size--only dedicate a little bit of time each week to begin
• Keep it casual--let the relationship grow naturally
• It's all about the chemistry--don't just partner up with anyone
