Randall A. Gross, CEO of RG Group, headquartered in York, PA, announced the acquisition of Eastern Hydraulic Solutions in Maple Shade New Jersey on July 23, 2012.
Eastern Hydraulic Solutions, a division of Eastern Lift Truck Co. Inc is an established full service pneumatic and hydraulic distributor. EHS focuses on providing fluid handling expertise in the New Jersey and Eastern PA markets. The Eastern Hydraulic Solution team provides customers a variety of custom services including; kitting, component integration and design. Eastern Hydraulic Solutions will be housed and operated from the Maple Shade New Jersey, Van –Air location as a division of RG Group.
